Who We Are
I'm
Professor Aragorn
(the human one in the picture). I discovered the Library and
reading when I was eight years old. Haven't been able to put down
a book since. Books opened the World for me. I have been
teaching in the private sector for over 25 years. Some incredibly
boring subjects that I was able to make Interesting, Fun & Memorable for
all involved. My job is to "Expand the Horizon" for your readers.
I take that job very seriously. Remember, every show is a "Reading
Show".
Miss Story is the second member of the team. She has
over 15 years experience teaching in the public and private sectors.
She is our "Creative Director" and is responsible for the "Look" of our
shows. Tends to dress for the occasion. As an example,
in "That Changes Everything", she's Alexander Graham Bell's Assistant, a
1900's Share Cropping Wife, Nellie Bly and a Puppeteer.
"The Critter Club" consists of Merlina the Sun Conure
Parrot, Ping & Pong the Chinchillas and Harry the Rabbit. Their
home is a book in a Library. They are a part of each and every
show. "The Critter Club" are
becoming author's. The 1st book is: "The Critter Club Explores the Library!" It will teach the Dewey Decimal System and how to find information in
the Library.
